On Historical Evolution And Its Implications Of The Central National Defense Sports Club

By taking the historical evolution process of the Central National Defense Sports Club (CNDSC) as the streamline and under the context of important policies and regulation files related with the national defense sports and the environment both domain and international, the inevitability of the historical evolution of the CNDSC is systematically analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis to policies carried out in different periods, the evolution process and developing power is clarified and some implications are further derived.The documentary analysis, logical analysis and historical analysis methodologies are adopted in this paper. After the retrospect of the historical evolution process of the central national defense sports club, some conclusions are analyzed and concluded, shown as below:1) The born of the CNDSC, the outcome of been one member of the socialist camp and carrying out the"lean to one side"foreign policy, is historically inevitable. 2) The CNDSC lays foundation to the development of our country's sports games and contributes a lot to the achievement in sports. 3) Within the strategic context of peaceful rise of our country, the active development of defense sports and the popularization of defense education are considered as the most important and productive way of national defense construction. The organization is required to adapt to our socialist market economy system. The participants are society-oriented while the project installation can meet the requirement of modern information war. 4) During the new historical period, the development of China's sports game, similar with the development and evaluation of the CNDSC, has to obey the law of"natural selection"in order to obtain long-lasting and scientific development. This is required by the scientific development concept. Only we realized the position of the sports in the development of our country while putting ourselves in the right place and do it for the strategic development and contribute to the peaceful rise, should the country pay attention to the development of sport games. Furthermore, our country will increase its investment to sports and this will further help its development and arrive to the aim of being sport giant.
