The results of this phenomenon are also be analyzed,for example, how to handle the location of different students,how to handle the contradict role conflict of teacher,how to descript the parents experience and so on.The found of study is that gift giving behavior is based on culture and human relations,and is a rational, fairness and reciprocity exchange act between parents and teachers.
