Giving teacher gifts in education department is becoming one social concern.Although the government has made some relevant policies to ban it, this behavior is increasingly prosperous. China is the ceremonies, gift giving in the human society plays a crucial role as a bridge. Education as an integral part of the social system, the gift is closely related with the Chinese rules of interpersonal communication. Therefore, the analysis of gift-giving behaviors of teachers and parents is based on the human relationship and interaction.This paper studies the exchange of gifts significance and rationalization process. New teacher is about gift-giving process of the rationalization, and the process undertaken to rationalize the existence and the process. In this paper, Blau's dialectical theory of exchange as the theoretical basis and analysis perspective, the method of depth interviews with two teachers were interviewed to obtain first-hand information, combined with the network news as supplementary information.Adopting the situation narrative law, the study of teacher Ding mainly analyze the education function of school culture from time dimension. In the school culture and the enlightenment, her psychological changes course mainly includes the anxiousness of first accept gifts passively, the enlightenment process and the rationalization process.The interview of teacher Zhang mainly adopts the theme of case analysis method.Based on the complex relationship network between teacher and parents, lauch the process of sending gifts, which often follow the rational principles and expect rewards. In the process of this phenomenon,there are some points to be analyzed,for example,how to choose the time and situation,how to change the talking topics and so on. The results of this phenomenon are also be analyzed,for example, how to handle the location of different students,how to handle the contradict role conflict of teacher,how to descript the parents experience and so on.The found of study is that gift giving behavior is based on culture and human relations,and is a rational, fairness and reciprocity exchange act between parents and teachers.
