The Design And Development Of Resources Database Of The Moral Principles And Class Management Based On The "ISO/IEC19796" Standard

To implement the "985 Innovative Platform for Teacher Education" projects by Central China Normal University, the center of resource development and management of teacher education project is responsible for building high-quality resource databases for free normal students. The curriculum resource database of Moral principles and classr management is A2 resources of the databases. This paper studies the design and development of curriculum resources database of moral principles and class management from the view of international standard ISO/IEC 19796.ISO/IEC 19796 quality assurance standards is the quality supervision of the process and results of the project, and it is more authoritative in the field of the international quality assurance aspects, and more common application, also it is general. the current research situation of the international quality assurance system is analyzed, while the construction of domestic moral resource databases are analyzed. At present it is the first time to study the construction of moral principles and class management curriculum resource databases from the perspective of quality assurance system standards.In this thesis, it contains about four research methods---- literature research, systems analysis, survey research, software engineering research and other research methods. To build quality teaching information resources objectives for free normal students, this paper makes quality assurance for the design and development of moral principles of curriculum resources and classroom management database from the three parts of ISO/ IEC 19796 standard.ISO/IEC 19796-1 makes the construction of moral principles and class management resource databases from several processes in the life cycle, including needs analysis, frame analysis, conceptual design and development & production. Combination of the process (including the sub-processes) provided by the first part of the standard, it makes a detailed construction, and it makes a clear exposition of needs analysis, the external factors, and related environmental analysis. On this basis, it includes learning objectives design, content design, instructional design, technology concept design and functional design. The process of resource development and realization includes three processes such as content implementation, design implementation and technical implementation.The the implementation of process of design and development and production process is the research focus and the core par of this paper. ISO/IEC 19796-2 make quality assurance from the organizations, products, solutions and services. It makes the specific requirements for the process involved in the design and development of resources database from the view of organization.it includes eight specific aspects of the quality constraints such as policy and strategy,management,resource,construction process,learner orientation,the results and innovation. And it makes the quality constraints from the twelve aspects of the products, services and solutions.Based on the reference method and metrics by ISO/IEC 19796-3, it provides the methods and metrics on design and development of moral resources database in the actual situation. Finally, we have the test of moral resource database consistent with the standards.
