Research On The Establishment Of The Index System Of Chinese Elite Women's Javelin Athletes, Special Ability And Its Evaluation Standards

Special ability has great effect on athlete's performance so that the special ability training is particularly adopted by the coach in the training system. In this study, a special abilitytraining model of woman javelin is established and the special ability indexes with assessment standards particularly are both proposed. Through this model, the development degree of special ability indexes of the athlete can be tested and the quantitative control standard could be verified for each index. Thus, the model could be used as an assessment method for testing athlete's special ability level by stage and referenced by the coach to choose more targeted training means in aims to achieve the scheduled training purpose. In this paper, a comprehensive method integrated with the literature data method, questionnaire, measurement method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis method is used for the research to verify the study's reliability and science and to provide reliable basis and solid foundation for the establishment of assessment standards and methods. The indexes filtered is reliable and of science for it was of coherence from the three expert questionnaires in beginning until factor analysis and grey correlation of the data. After the data analysis, the regression equation is established by stepwise regression method and formulated the comprehensive assessment standards of the special ability of the women javelin athlete of China.The special ability related in this study includes four aspects as follow and their typical indexes and weights in the model are identified by the gene analysis and grey correlation analysis. The largest weighted aspect is the special explosive force and its typical index is the halt triple jump. The second weighted is the special strength and its typical index is the shoulders barbells next crouching. The third weighted is the special throwing ability and its index is the fully run-up throw balls. The smallest weighted is the special speed class and its index is the moving 30 meters run. The conclusions of the study are listed as follows:1. Four assessment indexes of the special ability of the excellent women javelin athlete of China are put forward, with different weights ordered as the halt triple jump, the shoulders barbells next crouching, the fully run-up throw balls and the moving 30 meters run. 2. The forecast model of the special ability test is established by the equations as follows. the sensitivity index of the special ability is equated as: Y=3.764+3.448X1+0.388X8 (Where X1 is the halt triple jump index, X8is the fully run-up throw balls) the typical index of the special ability is equated as: Y=3.449+2.007X11+2.066X1+0.052X6+0.347X8 (Where X1 is the halt triple jump index, X6is the shoulders barbells next crouching, X8is the fully run-up throw balls, X11is the moving 30 meters run)3. The assessment standard and method of the special ability of the excellent women javelin athlete of China are proposed and could be referenced by the coaches for evaluating the athlete's special ability by stage.
