With the rapid development of our economy and society, people are placing more importance on the push effect of education. Facing the complex situation of both home and abroad, in order to strengthen our national strength ,we chinese proposed the strategy of developing the country through science and building up the strength of the country with talented people, devoted great efforts to develop education, developed the innovative ability of science and technology, and the level of high quality personnel.Teacher is the engineer of human soul, playing a great important role in the education activities. Teacher education is the cradle of high quality teachers, the quality of teacher education is a necessary conditon to cultivate qualified teachers. With the deepening of the teacher education reform,the effect of educational practice on teachers'professional quality is becaming increasingly important,. Consequently, a good command of the educational practice is crucially important to improve the quality of teacher education .Education is the cornerstone of nation rejuvenation, and teacher education is the motive of the whole education system. To provide numerous high quality teachers to education system is of great importance. Teachers'professional ideal is a important dimension of teacher's professional development, it is in the higher level of teachers'professional quality structure, governing the other factors, influenceing the establishing and the developing of the teachers'professional quality. Educational practice will help normal university students to form clear,correct and morden professional ideals, and then improve the other aspects of their professional structure and their employment competitiveness, so as to reduce the time of becoming a formal outstanding teacher, and make the first step of the professional development. At the sametime, propose constructive suggestion to improve education practice, and to develop the level of personnel training, at last improve the overal quality of the education pracitce.The thesis is based on the theories of teachers'professional ideal and the influencing factors of the education practice to it, and adopts empirical reserch measure, studying the influence of education practice on teachers'professional ideal.This paper made questionnaires before and after education practice, with deeply investigation and mathematical analysis to analyze the differences of normal university students'professional ideal before and after education pracitce,the current situation of education practice. From the aspect of teacher themselves, probed the influence factors of normal university students professional ideals, and propose solutions. The brief structure of this paper as follows:The first part is the preface. Explain the subject matter of this study,research design and relative concepts'definition. The first past of the paper is the literature review which establish the theoretical foundation of this study. It includes two parts, the first part is the literature review of teachers'professional ideals, and the second part is the literature review of education practice. The second part of the paper is the effective treatment of data. This study uses SPSS13.0 statistical software for structural validity analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis about the data, revealing the differences of normal university students'professional ideals before and after education practice, and the influence of the interactions between teachers and students,communication with colleges,and schoolmaster's education ideals on the education practice. The third part of the paper is how to improve normal university students'professional ideal by the way of developing their education practice. According to the data analysis results, proposed suggestions to normal universities,practice schools and normal university students in order to improve the quality of education practice.
