Of the three relations, educators and educates, educates and education contents, educates and education contents, which one is the core, fundamental and preliminary one that serves as premise of the other two? Teacher-pupil relations, that is, relations between educators and educates have been deemed as the one by the education theory circle from ancient past internally and externally. However, this is doubted here and through three aspects, embryology, aims of education and education process, relations between educates and what to be educated are described as the real core and fundamental ones while that between educators and educates are just associated partnerships.According to phylogenetics, existence of the objects to be recognized is the premise of the origin and development of education. People's recognition of education origins developed from biogenesis to psychology, and then laboring, and finally is the confliction between human mind and body development and social developments. It is a process that from one-side to all-sides and the theory is an objective premise of how education come into being. It has been gradually accepted as a common idea that complication between human development and social development which is also between educates and education objectives is the premise of education origin. Looking back to education historical facts, teachers came out on the basis that children needed professional guide when there were problems during recognition process of the outside world and there are examples like the emerges of Ancient Greek wise men and Ancient Chinese school education. Thus it can be seen that, no matter from hypothesis of education origins or the historical facts of school education's generation, relations between educates and education contents have been long existed ever since the real education formed.And following the goal of teaching which is to capable people of abilities to teach themselves, educators get involved into the relations of educates and education contents aiming at make educates grasp education contents independently step by step. And it can be proved true through both the scholars'cognizance and social progress process. There is a batch of rational and far-sighted educators with Konfucius, Han Yu, YeShengtao, Scotates, Plato, Dewey as representatives who recognized that education is about the interactions between educates and education contents. And from social progress process perspective, certain social conditions is needed for realization of educators'education ideal goal. In the ancient time, educates learned passively due to lack of social conditions. Then in modern ages, education focused on training citizens, workers and talents, the realistic aim of education deviated seriously from the ideal aim of education. While in the present age which is information society, people need to be capable of self-updating due to the fast renewing of knowledge, the highly developed internet technology offers such social condition. The aim that teaching is to capable people of abilities to teach themselves comes true in information society and that relations between educates and education contents are core relations in education is becoming clearer.Through the education process, that relations between educates and education contents are core relations is demonstrated through two perspectives which are theory on education activities and actual practices of education activities. Firstly, from different aspects of recognition of education activities, such as Marx's praxis, Leonie's activity theory, Jean Poager's theory of cognitive development stages, direct interactions between educates and activity objects is demonstrated as the only way by which educates could grasp knowledge, and all others activities are to be developed base on this one. Secondly, from actual practices of education activities, the whole education process is actually a process of interactions between educates and education contents, that is, relations between educates and education contents is basis of the relations between educators and educates ,educators and education contents.
