| Since 2004, the Chinese communist party in the sixteenth central committee the fourth plenary meeting proposed "to construct a socialist harmonious society after the concept of" harmonious socialist society, the construction of our party and country as a major task. In this background, it is worth noting, the number of college students in our country groups have remote occupies the first, if be able to effectively use so large a group for the construction of a socialist harmonious society service, so the construction of socialistic harmonious society will have a huge human resource advantage. But overlooked is the number of college graduates, China despite remote occupies the first, but students overall quality, especially law belief training still needs a big improvement. These years, college students, university students' understanding crime rate year after year whole phenomenon such as low legal faith has been a major social problem. This paper to construct socialist harmonious society as the background, carefully analyzed the socialist harmonious society, the scientific connotation of the basic meaning of law belief, and that good legal belief environment of socialist harmonious society is the meanings, then discussed from four aspects of law belief of good environment of socialist harmonious society comprehensively and deeply has very big effectconstruction; Then on the basis of the above, from construction of harmonious society of socialism, and expounds the need of university student group involved in the construction of socialist harmonious society necessity and have good university student group legal faith of the construction of a harmonious society is important.
