With Beijing Sport University gymnastics teaching as the breakthrough point, on the basis of previous study on physical teaching philosophy and gymnastics teaching philosophy, use course observation, interview and questionnaire investigation method, researching teacher's teaching philosophy and application of gymnastics compulsory course in Beijing Sport University. I come to the conclusion after research and analysis:1. Teacher have teaching philosophy and implementation approaches at gymnastics compulsory course of theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training in Beijing Sport University:on students' development as the center, takes student's main body status; Pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability; Comprehensive evaluation to promote students' development; The using of CAI modern teaching methods; Pay attention to the cultivation of students' sense of competition; Cultivate students' innovation consciousness; Cultivate students' teaching philosophy of cooperative learn; Arousing students interest in sport and cultivating students' life-long gymnastics consciousness; "Happy gymnastics" teaching philosophy; "Aesthetic body" teaching philosophy; Pay attention to the individual differences and different needs, ensure that each student benefit; Emphasizes class import; Constructing fitness gymnastics teaching mode.2. The design concept of gymnastics compulsory course of theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training in Beijing Sport University:In gymnastics venues devices, teachers reasonable planning gymnastics venues, make full use of various resources, lets the student in limited site to reach satisfactory effect; In theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training scheme, standing out feature and ability training, strengthen students' innovative spirit and cultivate practice ability, improving students' comprehensive quality; In gymnastics compulsory course teaching aim, focused on training students' basic skills, and in the process of teaching, the teacher stressed students' ability of cultivation; the teaching content of gymnastics compulsory course is setting targeted, and student feels very pleased; There are a set of evaluation system and evaluation standard in gymnastics compulsory course of Beijing Sport University. No matter from the major issues such as technology assessment, or it is usually results examine, each teacher can operate it, and each time lose the points are can find the results, every rating are let students take orally; Attach importance to the training of teaching skills at gymnastics compulsory course; For students learning situation in gymnastics compulsory course, which 72.4 percent accounted for the students like gymnastics, among 31.6 percent students very like gymnastics class. Most students can maintain full of strength, and actively participate in the classes, when meet questions in the class, more than 76.5 percent students can initiatively ask teacher and give he different opinions.
