For the technical colleges which carry out technology education at the undergraduate level, whether can really cultivate high-level technology talents recognized by Economy and society or not is the key elements to measure high and low of the school quality.In our country, the research of the talent training mode is always the overall system work in the education teaching reform of higher colleges. Through the analysis of historical materials, it is easy to see the research of talent training mode can be roughly divided into four stages:stage of sense embryonic, stage of national strategies, stage of academic attention and stage of national action, Of which The stage of national action is the most critical and important stage. Specific to the technical colleges in the path selection of Talents Training Mode, the accurate positioning of Training objectives, the adjustment and optimization of Talent Training programs and the Improvement of security conditions ensure the smooth implementation of Talents Training Mode in technical colleges.
