The Research Of Motivation Mechanism Improvement Of Teachers In XX College Of Zhejiang Radio And Television University

Since the implementation of reform and opening policy of China, competitions among universities have become intense day by day, with the teachers resources being the most outstanding one. Motivation mechanism is an essentially important content in university development strategy of the teachers resources. Currently, an urgent situation that universities have to look into is that in what way they can strengthen the internal management and construct a scientific motivation mechanism to fully activate teachers'enthusiasm and creativity, and improve their teaching quality and effectiveness for the future development of the university.This thesis consists of six chapters:chapter one is mainly about research background and significance, content and methodology, framework and major findings; a brief introduction of motivation theory is given in chapter two, as well as literature review; chapter three tells about the characteristics and needs of the teachers in radio and television universities of county level; a display of questionnaires on teachers in XX College of Zhejiang Radio and Television University is given in chapter four, and the existing problems of this university's motivation mechanism is analyzed in the meantime; therefore, some measures of motivation mechanism improvement is proposed in chapter five; a conclusion is made in chapter six and several suggestions are put forward for the future research. Chapter four and five are main parts of this thesis, for these two parts include a thorough analysis of the questionnaire survey on university teachers'well-being, and also some constructive suggestions and measures of motivation mechanism improvement based on the survey results and the related research findings both home and abroad.The research findings is helpful to construct a scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism, activate teacher's enthusiasm, initiation and creativity and thus enhances the universities'overall strengths to promote its healthy development in long run.The innovation of the thesis is that the writer analyzes the six key existed problems and puts forward six constructive solutions to these problems of teacher motivation mechanism in XX university based on the literature research, the actual condition and the related questionnaires research of XX university. This research has obtained a very good result:Through the successful communication with the teachers and management staff of XX university, the writer got a lot of valued information and then transferred these information to the leaders of the university. All these will be helpful and useful to harmonize the relationship between the leaders and the teachers, and to make the leaders change their mind to improve the teacher motivation mechanism for fully activating teacher's enthusiasm and creativity in the continuous development of the university in the long run. Simultaneously the research results will also be a good reference to other universities in improving the teacher's motivation mechanism.
