In recent years, chinese women tennis player have made a great success in international tennis,it makes more and more people pay attendtion and select tennis as physical item.The development of tennis direct influence the building of tennis court.So the improtant of tennis courts'building,managing and business has appeared.Under the economic system of marketing,combined the development of tennis and the change of court's operation management to have a better development.Study the corrent situation of tennis courts in longyan bases on the method of literature review,questionnare,and expert interview.Giving the suggestion and strategy on inproving tennis by discussion on tennis courts'building and operation conditon.By studying on conditon of the for-profit tennis courts in Fujian Longyan,manager and customer,deeply analysis the questions on for-profit tennis courts at present.Finally,making some suggestion and strategy.The main conclusion as follows:1.The courts in Longyan distrubt unreasonable,many courts built in suburb but not in resident aera or shopping centre,it disadvantage of developing mass tennis.Secondly,they are low quality and imcomplete facility,which can't fully exploit the economic effectiveness and fulfill the customs;in the end,all of primary school,middle school,high school and collage don't have tennis courts,it impedes cultivating teenager players.2.The property right of tennis courts in Longyan belong to local government or enterprise,which is state-owned economy or collective economics.Its economic sector is mono but it is good for the small cities like Longyan to a certain degree.While it go against to expasion tennis population or further development.3.The owner of court didn't employ professional manage staff to manager it.For the ineffective management and mono operation and management mode,it brings mono management services projects, unexpand commerce and entertainment projects such as goods deposit,shower which consumers wish for.4.The manager consist of enterprises'worker and tennis amateur.They know tennis in a certain degree,but be short in manager knowleger.It couldn't have a great influence on developing tennis courts'manager.5.There are few fulltime trainers expecially professional trainers in Longyan.It only has there trainer graduated from sports colleage major in tennis,the others are tennis amateurs trained by tennis association.Lower tennis level of trainer is disadvatageof tennis development in Longyan expecially in cultiving teenager players. 6.The tennis courts have ineffect public and utilization rate condition.It haven't form the atmosphere of playing tennis.Government and managers haven't conduct a publicity campaign to let more people know tennis.Without know and acquaintance with tennis,citizens unwilling to join it.
