In 2001, China began to implement the new curriculum reform. The new curriculum reform for English Teaching make a new standards of Primary School English curriculum against the disadvantages of traditional English Teaching in order to develop a a starting point of developing the ability of applying comprehensive language, emphasizing the process that primary school English classroom teaching evaluation should be based on the student learning, and promote all aspects of students'capacity development. In this study, we get a case in a primary school in Lanzhou, using questionnaires, interviews, classroom observation, etc., in order to understand the implementation of the new curriculum in these ten years, such as, we want to find the problems on the basis of present situation of primary school English teaching in order to reflect and put forward practical and operational strategiesThis article has six parts. In the first section , we describes the origins of the research , especially the ideas about the effect of implementation of new curriculum reform of primary school and explain the purpose and significance of the study. The second part of this study, we define the concept of the evaluation of classroom teaching of English, and drawing on existing research results on the contribution of domestic and foreign English Teaching Evaluation research, and have been drawn to this contribution to the research results of this study. The third part of the theoretical is the basis of this study, the researchers are basis on the primary English teaching through the interpretation of primary English curriculum standards, and combining with multiple intelligences theory, constructivist theory, support and raise the primary school English teaching evaluation. The fourth part is the process and method of this study, the researchers mainly start this study through observation and interviews of primary school students in grades three to six .Part V is the results and analysis of the study, but also the core of this study. The researchers, mainly research teachers and students. Through investigation, we learned that after the implementation of the new curriculum reform, primary school teachers in the classroom teaching evaluation have more attention to student and awareness of all aspects of development than before, evaluation tools improved a lot, classroom teaching efficacy increased. But the whole evaluation still go out of the traces of the traditional evaluation. Teachers'concept of teaching is still relatively lagging behind, teaching evaluation methods, evaluation of the content still has the gap with the new curriculum reform. In addition, the researchers reflect the problems of the current evaluation of classroom teaching of English through the learning attitude,learning styles and learning atmosphere and analyses the results of system,concepts,the objective conditions。Part VI is the conclusions of this study , according to the recommendations for the above evaluation of primary school English teaching problems ,researchers made the methods from the educational system and teachers, the concept of functional change .
