Studies Of The Functional Mechanism Of Expression Of Chinese Social Vulnerable Groups' Opinion

Theoretical research is always conducted to solve the problems of social reality. As a widespread phenomenon in any era, the study on vulnerable groups is of self-evidence. Nowadays, the Chinese society has stepped into the social transformation period where stratum polarization is clearly picking up; consequently social problems and conflicts are constantly emerging. Among them, due to its generality,vulnerability and instability,the expression of social vulnerable groups'opinion has become the most representative one.In view of that, from an interdisciplinary perspective which is based on journalism, communication theories, sociology and political science, this paper tries to completely and rationally analyze the status, characteristics, functional mechanism and main defects of social vulnerable groups'expression-problem. It has also brought forward a diagram, which is called"The Functional Mechanism of Expression of Social Vulnerable Groups'Opinion"by utilizing or studying other theories'advantages. Relying on this diagram, the paper combines game theory and news analyzing together to describe the basic operating manner of key-problem vividly.Meanwhile, after gathering a huge amount of data, this paper studies the roots of expression-problem of social vulnerable groups and finds out three significant reasons which lead to the problem, that is: the obstacle of communication between vulnerable groups and public opinion; the failure of occupying discourse on media by vulnerable groups; the government's neglect of vulnerable groups'issue. It is hoped that this paper can provide a new train of thought for the academic circle to solve the problem of expression of social vulnerable groups.
