Student management is an important part of the college management. With the accelerated transformation of our society and the promotion of the rule of law, a series of reforms have been implemented in higher education, especially in the implementation of a comprehensive system of charges and the Enrollment Expansion of Colleges. With great changes in all aspects of the students'learning and life, the management of college students is confronted with many problems, leading to the potential student dissatisfaction on the management. How to eliminate the potential source of students'dissatisfaction is a major issue in the current student management. Based on the relevant research and from the hygiene factor perspective of Two-factor theory, the author points out the current university student management problems and analyzes the root that caused the problems, and finally proposes suggestions and ideas to strengthen and improve the management of college students.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, introducing the reason why the author chooses the topic of this paper, the significance of the topic, the status of research and research methods. The second part defines the concept of college students management, its scope, the formation of the hygiene-factor theory and explains the significance of the hygiene-factor theory from students colleges and the society. The third part finds the problems in the college student management from the policy and administrative management, supervision, interpersonal relationships, and working conditions confined in the hygiene-factor theory, and analyses the reasons why these problems exist from the thought on the man of rule is deep-rooted in administrators'hearts, a chain reaction of college increased enrollment, the spread of utilitarianism in education and the negative effects of the information network. The fourth part grasps the principal contradiction and proposes ideas and suggestions to strengthen and improve the management of college students including the policy and administrative management and human relations aspects in the hygiene-factor theory.
