The effectiveness of the kindergarten group instruction activity is becomes a hot issue which was talked by so many people during the curriculum reform. It has been the consistent focus of children education worker on the improvement of the effectiveness of the kindergarten group instruction activity. School-based educational research contains three elements: self-reflection, Companions mutual help and professional guidance. Professional guidance provides a platform to link up the education theory and education practice. use a number of different formats for kindergarten teachers solving the problems in education and teaching, provide professional support and intellectual support .therefore , professional guidance is an irreplaceable way to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development ,to improve education and teaching quality.The main of this text is discussion about the new teacher Z and the backbone teacher A how to improve their teaching ability under the help of professional guidance. Using qualitative research methods, With participants and the viewer, for the professional leading the process of observation , take notes, Analysis, finishing, Found in improving kindergarten professional leading collective teaching the advantages and shortcomings.
