Baxter Healthcare GZ is Joint Venture which was established in 1995 and it is sino-American company invested by Baxter worldwide Co.Ltd ,The GuangZhou Pharmaceutical development Co.Ltd and the GETDD Industrial development Co.Ltd . The total investment is 18,000,000 USD$. In 1999, There are 133 employees whose average age is 28. The annual training budget is 500,000 RMB and average training time for each employee is up to 20 days per year This article divided into two parts including case and case study. The case introduced the company抯 background, Human Resource strategy, as well as training system ,and focus on its orientation, On-job training ,management training and company culture training .The case study clarified the key factor of effective training: effective support from top management, Completed training system, good training skill and eastern- western culture mixing. The objective of this article is to summarize :How to make the effective training.
