HuBei Province Popularize Education Of Information Technology In Middle And Primary Schools Policy Study

In accordance with the call for popularizing education of information technology in middle and primary schools, which has been raised by the National Education Department, under the direction of the basic theories of pedagogy, psychology, and information technology, based on the actual situation about development of society, economy and education, the issue provides policies of spreading the education of information technology in the schools of Hubei province, which Is a result of systematic study and analysis. Mainly Six parts are included in this paper: In the first part, what is education of information technology have been discussed. In the second part, the task and historical mission of popularizing education of information technology in middle and primary schools have been discussed. Information technology education in middle and primary schools include three tasks , which are information technology instruction , the integration of information technology and courses, information technology and management. Popularizing education of information technology influences the basic skills of the tomorrow social constructors , the prospect of our nation , the feasibility of learning revolution and occupying the highpoint of fundamental education , the possibility of fast development of fundamental education in our province. In the third part, it have been analyzed status problem and reason of the education of information technology in the middle and primary schools of Hubei province In the four part, it raises the directory thoughts for the popularizing information technological education, which include doing hardly the application works, enriching firstly the teachers knowledge on information technology, overall planning the program, and pushing on systematically its progress. The issue sets forth the detailed ideas from the practical and theoretical aspects that the cities and developed areas should firstly popularize and lay emphasis on information technology education in middle and primary schools during en-five plan?
