The Study On The Optimization Of The Human Settlements Of Big City

The twenty-first century is the city century. With cities growing rapidly, urban human settlements faces a series of rigorous challenges and the optimization of urban human settlements becomes more obvious and more important. Especially, the optimization of the human settlements of big city can accelerate the melioration of the whole system of human settlements. For the sake of solving the environment deterioration problem of big city to enhance the easiness of living conditions of big city and make urban human settlements accord with the requirements of residents' social intercourse, inhabitancy and work, this paper discusses the actuality of the human settlements of big city and the characteristics of residents' requirements, then puts forward a preliminary optimization theory of urban human settlements on the basis of the preceding studies. The theory is to strengthen the construction of the suitability degree of urban human settlements. Furthermore, the evaluation frame of the quality of urban human settlements is built, which combines public satisfaction evaluation with the impersonal construction level evaluation of urban human settlements. At last, the paper makes a case study of Guangzhou to provide reference and operating approaches which help Guangzhou realize its construction aim that is blue sky, black mountain, green jade water and green space.
