The word "Schema" first appeared in Kant'works at that time,Kant attempt to combine the knowledge category with the perceptual object by scheme to find its great influence on knowledge acquisition,but his scheme was priori in the history of modern psychology,the Gestalt school was the first one who payed attention to schema at the general theory level,and Jean piaget also thought highly of schema,his theory was called schema theory,but this theory neglect the function of society and education,that is to say,in some degree his scheme theory has the incline of biologization. From another point of view-empiricism,which value the function of the priory knowledge,schema has the character of active processing. Incorporate the advance of rationalism and empiricism,the modern schema theory came into being in 19870's on the basis of information -processing,computer and the idea research in psychology. The modern schema theory can be studied from threeaspect:l.geneyality,the knowledge stored in schema are generalized;2.kowledge,schema not only describe the necessary features but also some unique features;3.structue,the knowledge knots in the schema are combined according to some kind of relationship,and it's just a web,it's also a hierarchical structure.In the research of schema theory,the western scholars once posed Reading Model (cough,1985)and Text Comprehension Model (kintsch and van Dijk,1978). Rumelhart (Rumelhart,1985)did a research on the implementation of schema in the narration,the conclusion is schema can help students understand the text. Nowadays in our country,the research on the function of schema in reading comprehension is still on the stage of exploration,most of the researcher are limited in the practice of the course. In mathematicsteaching,there is no such research which combine the scheme training with the basic teaching content and teach students construct their own schema.As to the mathematics science,which embodies the mathematics knowledge has four characteristics:abstraction of manifestation of;preciseness of conclusion;strictness of structure;extensiveness of implementation. From these characteristics,we can see that mathematics science and the scheme theory have great space to accommodate with each other. According to this,it become necessary to study the implementation of schema theory in the mathematics leaning,in the research of mathematics learning strategies,teaching strategies and the perfect of the schema theory.The function concept is the main study in the modem mathematics,it's also one of the most difficult concepts for students to understand. After teaching the chapter of function,we once did a questionaire to the first grade senior student in high school,the analysis result show that the student haven't had deep understand to the concept of function,in their mind,there exists prior knowledge,which keep them away from the practical-questions with function concept well,there is still some distance between their realization of concept and convey of the conceptual symbols. So,this text is based on the function concept,inquiring the schema theory' influence and feature on its learning,I hope it can be helpful to the future teaching of learning in function concept. This research randomly choose a key high school,a common high school and a urban high school in Guilin,and the purpose is to explore the influence of school in function concept learning and the processing mechanism of function concept schema.
