W Training Center

With the pace of the economy globalization, telecom enterprise of our country is fasting the system reformation of itself. During the reformation, the schools and hospitals supported by the enterprise are facing the huge changes in terms of running mode. W training center is a typical example with this kind of background. Although telecom has better running performance and much stronger finance comparing to the other enterprises undergoing the reformation, there are still lots of problems along the path of the development with the never-ending changes in the economy environment, and forces the enterprise to adjust its strategy accordingly.The thesis includes two major parts: case illustration and case analysis. In the first part, background of W training center and its establishment and current developments are introduced, also simple discussions are made around the problems of the training center.In the second part, at first some important development challenges the W training center is facing are pointed out, then more deeper analyses of the development problems and market competitions are given using several kinds of analysis methods such as: enterprise external environment analysis, enterprise resource and strategy capability analysis, SPACE matrix analysis.The thesis proposed that how W training center should adjust its current strategy when economy environment is experiencing the huge changes, and also some suggestions for the recent development are made.
