The Brief Study On The Collegiate Moral Education Reform In NingXia Hui Autonomous Region

With the rapid development of the global market economy and the arrival of the information era, the collegiate moral education should accelerate its own development so as to meet the demands of the new era, enforce its scientific and peculiar features and upgrade its practical values. This paper, based on the specific natural geographic environment as well the cultural and ethnic characters of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, studied the present status of collegiate moral education in the Region and. in accordance with the traditional Muslim culture and ethnic psychology and with the point of view in the regional difference and ethnic diversity, basically analyzed the internal and external elements that influence and restrain the collegiate moral education development, attempting to propose a corresponding policy that best fits the characteristic collegiate moral education reform in Ningxia Region, so as to accelerate the reform and innovation of the collegiate moral education in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
