Research On Constructing Campus Culture In Middle School

Campus Culture is all the material pattern, spiritual wealth and the forming process in the course of activities in education, teaching, administration and service. Campus Culture includes material culture, view culture, system culture and style culture, which influences the teenagers harmonious development of quality in body, ethics, mentality, culture, aesthetics and creativity which no other teaching approaches can match. It directly and indirectly affects the students' idea,moral character, psychological personality, behavior through standardizing, hinting and subtly influencing, thus promoting the students' overall development. It's from this sense that we try to make some researches about the problems that exist in constructing Campus Culture in Middle School and seek some specific measures so that we can improve the establishment of Campus Culture.This thesis consists of introduction; understanding Campus Culture; the problems existing in constructing Campus Culture; the basic principle, and contents of constructing Campus Culture and the specific measures of solving these problems. The first part emphasizes the understanding of Campus Culture .The author first inquires into the definition of Campus Culture and its scope and then analyzes the function of Campus Culture basing on the importance of forming Campus Culture in middle school. The second part analyzes the problems existing in constructing Campus Culture in Middle School. The third part deals with the basic principles, and contents of constructing Campus Culture. The last part focuses on the substance and activities of building Campus Culture in middle school from six aspects which are school area. Learning area, living area, entertainment area ,the second classroom, the administration of school spirit ,and then the author suggests some specific measures of solving these problems.
