The establishment and development of China modern higher education is related intimately with the interference of American force. Relying on common power of missionary, government, folk strength and educational might American higher education gradually establishes the function of influence and warning on China modern higher education through a few of stages by external way and internal way, from demonstration to catenation. Former study about the influence of American higher education on China modern education focused mostly on the political degrees and individual case. The thesis tries to arrange and analyze how American education interfere China modern higher education, what process and influence which had made from the cosmic angle and combining with higher education's regularity. At the same time, it tries to summarize much enlightenment that can supply warning for the reform of current China higher education.
