Teaching-skill is not only a basic quality for the students specializing in track and field to become a qualified P. E teacher, but also a series of effective behavior method for PE teachers to gain the teaching-aims successfully during the course of teaching. In order to cultivate the student' s normal skills, this article studies the students specializing in track and field who are from PE departments of some Hunan Province' s teacher universities or colleges. This article also uses the following methods: collecting plenty of documents or materials from internal or external countries interviewing some certain experts delivering investigation papers and deals with the results by statistics. This article also providesfive main teaching-skills for the students to grasp: exemplary skill, explaining skill, organizing skill, making teaching-plan skill,guiding skill, arid tftese five skills must be practiced on the basisof modern educational technologies by using some teaching measures during the microteaching course which record the trainee' s practice of teaching skill by modern recording facilities, then provides the direct feedback of P. E teaching actions to the trainees to observe, discuss and analysis after class by the way of filming slowly. Formed a teaching pattern including many links: preparing lessons, giving lessons, feedback, evaluation and so on. The students will gain and improve their teaching skills in such teaching patterns. This article' s study shows that the training methods. Whose characters are, the aim is explicit, the emphasis is obvious, it' s easy to control and grasp. It is helpful for the students to improve their PE teaching levels or abilities, it also can effectively shorten the process of role transformation from student to teacher. It has solved the problem that the practisingchances are in lack for the P. E students while they are studying in university and improved the students' normal qualities.The experiment results show, For the students who specialize in track and field, the training methods by microteaching are better than traditional ones(P<0.01). The microteaching is effective for the track-and-field students to improve their teaching skills before they practise.
