Significant changes have taken place in the rural social structure of China in the past five decades. With these the rural order has gone through a process of reconstruction, and is a result of that, the traditional order of affinity has been superseded by the contemporary political order founded on the base of modern political system and law. This new order works effectively and remains do main. The thesis attempts to, by analyzing the basic structure of new order which formed in the changing process of rural social structure, reveal the nature of order which is disjointed, split and unharmonious and find out the causes, and effective way is being sought to adjust and integrate this disorder.The first part of this thesis states briefly what the subject being studied arose from and what it is doing for. The second part reviews changes of the rural social structures in the past fifty years and the forming of new order. The third and forth parts are the main body of the thesis. Detailed and thorough materials are presented here concerning the basic structure of contemporary rural order and the problems and their causes. The fifth part extends the idea of the thesis and reveal the aims of what it is doing for.
