Problems And Measures For Faculty Management Of Dongfeng Middle School

Dongfeng middle school is an army-hosted school in Jiuquan satellite launch center. Many problems such as the mobility of teachers, non-stability of teachers, disadvantage of teachers' welfare and specialty different from other areas are far more completed. Especially with development of quality education and system reforms of school management, these problems are more protrusive. Therefore it's a principal subject for Dongfeng middle school how to stabilize the teachers' contingent, improve teachers' quality and promote instruction quality.This thesis has made a research in faculty management in Dongfeng middle school of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center with the methods of documentation, interview, observation and system under the guidance of modern management theories.
