The IT curriculum quality is the hot question that educational technology researchers generally pay close attention to at the present. Evaluation has function which feedback, regulate, and improve quality. Then how is it to promote students to study and teachers to teach through evaluation, improve the IT curriculum quality? Evaluation of student learning makes the judgment to the value that students develop and changing. Compared with evaluation of teacher teaching, Evaluation of student learning pays close attention to student's development and changing. Evaluation of IT Learning of High School students, through evaluates to student's IT learning, thus adjust and control teachers' teaching process and students' learning process, to realize the purpose to bring about an advance in student, teacher grow up, improve the IT curriculum quality.But among IT teaching practice, evaluation is not paid attention to enough. For this reason, the author selected research of evaluation of IT learning of high school students in Implementation of IT curriculum. Hope to improve the IT curriculum quality of high school through evaluates to student's IT learning. Its successful experience, to IT teaching at stage of junior middle school and primary school, there are a stronger reference meaning and directive significance too. This research attempts to provide a set of implementation tactics with feasible reality for IT teacher of high school from two respects, namely the basis of evaluation and evaluation tactics.This text in deep to holds the eighth basic education curriculum reform put forward curriculum goal which knowledge and technical ability , course and method, emotion attitude of the Trinity of values, new curriculum idea which evaluation can promote all students to develop, the curriculum evaluation view of expansionary students' evaluation. On the basis of such methods, Has analyzed the intension of evaluation of IT learning of high school students from theory aspect at first, purpose and function of evaluation of IT learning of high school students and survey and study to the current situation of evaluation of IT learning of high school students. After doing practice to survey and study, draws lessons from the relevant IT curriculum standard both at home and abroad, regards Broom's educational objective taxonomy as the theoretical foundation, from knowledge and concept of the information technology, information technology basic technical ability, the basicability of the information technology, information technology use the ability, information consciousness and five respects of information ethics flexibly and set up concrete evaluation criterion, structure the comparatively intact evaluation index system. Puts forward the implementation tactics of evaluation finally; provide several suggestions to the difficult point question while evaluating. At foot, has analyzed the importance that evaluation of IT Learning of High School students, and has pointed out the weak point of studying in thesis, has regarded it as evaluation of IT Learning of High School students developing direction and follow-up research work that are studied.
