As the world becomes more and more complicated, organizations need continual reformation to adapt to the changing environment, which depends on excellent leadership.Transformational Leadership Theory appeared in 1980s as a kind of new charismatic leadership theory. Transformational leadership distinguishes from charismatic leadership, vision leadership, transactional leadership and chaordic leadership in the following aspects: boosting continuous organization change; stressing leaders' morality; paying attention to followers' needs, ethic and value and inspiring members' morality need in the course of leading; advocating adaptability/ entrepreneurial organization culture. Fusion Organization Theory has been firstly established by two American scholars; Richard L. Daft and Robert H, Lengel Fusion organization is breakthrough of traditionally bureaucratic management system, which is different from the method of traditional organization change. Fusion organization will arouse every member's inner aspiration; will emphasize summon for community; will inspire the members' idea in participation to give them a chance of expressing thinking; will develop clan organization culture.After analyzing the relation between transformational leadership and fusion organization from the four aspects: human nature hypothesis , organization structure, organization prompting and organization culture, the author finds much common idea between them. For example, they both believe the possibility of members' human nature's tendency to goodness; they both ask for flat, flexible, dynamic and mild organization structure; they both get across such outer force as rule, process, standard and direct supervision in the course of management to care for such concealed factors as members' soul, spirit and morality, which helps to form fusion between individuals and organization and good mutual action between organization and members. It happens to share the view with some new ideas in school management recently proposed by Chinese and foreign educational management scholars, such as some nice things as community responsibility and obligation makes people do and morality is involved in by Thomas J. Sergiovanni who is an excellent education andmanagement professor in Trinity University in USA. The above management theory and ideas all embody the new tendency of research on organization management that is tight combination of management and ethics, giving importance to morality human nature, which is the innovation of this article.The combination of transformational leadership and fusion organization accord with the new method meso theory in organization theory research. Research on the graft of transformational leadership and fusion organization from the character of school organization and the ill -management tendency is another innovation of the thesis. The strategies of transformational leadership which leads to school organization fusion include the following aspects: thoroughly prospecting the school's future; building up suitable vision for the school; expecting teachers to become self-leaders through active communicating and empowerment, offering more humanity working environment, advancing teachers work motivation to morality level, releasing teachers' work potential suppressed under traditional bureaucracy management and benefit-exchanging administration behavior, making teachers surpass self-interest and reaching performance beyond leader's expectation to form morality organization culture adaptable to school.The goal of this research is to thoroughly discuss transformational leadership theory and fusion organization theory, to analyze the features of transformational leadership and fusion organization, to point out that transformational leadership can lead to fusion organization through the analysis of transformational leadership theory and fusion organization theory.
