The juvenile's legal system education is the important content of ideological and political education in school. It aims to enrich the juvenile's law knowledge, form the legal consciousness and strengthen the conception of the legal system. It is far-reaching during the course of training of erectors and successors for socialism career. Nowadays, the tendency of the globalism of economy and the conflict and blending of different culture bring us the great chance and challenge. In order to serve the socialism career, we must adapt to the new position and actively improve on the juvenile's legal system education. To be a winner in this global drastic competition, we should train more person with global rivalrousness and good stuff.The paper makes wide comparative studies objectively on the environment of legal system education, the objective of legal system education, the content of legal system education and the ways and means of legal system education on the juvenile's legal system education of America and China in order to find out the commonness and difference. Marxism, ideas of Mao Zedong and theory of Deng Xiaoping is our golden rules. The paper aims to be practical and realistic to insist on our characteristics, and learn from some advantages on legal system education of America for reference on the theory and practice aspects. In order to strengthen and improve on our legal system education, we should pay attention to practice of the legal system education and individuality of students, improve on the methods of education, and combine family and school with society to expand our educational channel and develop our advantages and wipe off the disadvantages, learn from other advantages to make up our shortage.
