Learning motivation of chemistry presents a positive relevance with adolescent's academic achievement of chemistry subject, and it is one of the questions focused on by chemistry teachers to motivate and cultivate student's learning motivation on chemistry subject In this research, the author carried out a study on adolescent's learning motivation of chemistry from four aspects by means of a self-compiled investigating questionnaires to 336students from Grade 3 of Junior to Grade 3 of Senior in an Enterprise secondary school. The result indicates: on the whole,the students' learning motivation on chemistry subject in the school is at an ordinary level, mastering goals motivation being the foundamental, performance goals and fancy self-efficacy motivation being the secondary, and autonomic motivation being at the lowest level. Taking cognitive interesting attribution and effort attribution as the main attribution method, learning task difficulties attribution and learning strategies attribution are also relatively noticeable. Enterprise's subculture environment has been evidently causing negative influence on students learning motivation. On the base of above motivation types and attribution characteristics, the author put forward tile motivation strategies for intensifying students' cognitive drive, ego-enhancement drive and fancy self-efficacy motivation,in addtion ,provide suggestion on how to improve education consciousness and education abilities of students' parents in the enterprise.
