Study On The Present Situation And The Countermeasures Of The Vocational Education Carried Out By State-owned Trades And Enterprises

It faces a serious challenge of economy, science, technology and the development of the society for trades and state-owned enterprises to carry out vocational education, especially it is directly influenced by speeding up the reforms of our country's system of economy and politics and system of education management. The traditional management model and method can't meet the needs of the new situation . The State Council issued in August, 2002. It advanced that we must depend on enterprises and give full play to the functions of trades and enterprises in developing vocational education and training. It is an important part of vocational education development for trades and enterprises to carry out vocational education, but there are many factors that influence the vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises, and most of them are not problems of education itself. The paper tries to probe preliminarily the theoretical foundation, the situation analysis, the international references and the main countermeasures of vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises.The paper is divided into five chapters, the main achievements in the study are:1.Based on delineating the concerned concepts of vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises, it expounds the characteristic and the significance of vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises. It elaborates theoretical and realistic foundation of Marxism about combining education with productive labor, human capital input and the different industrial stages' needs of vocational education.2. It makes an objective analysis of the present situation of vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises, reveals the main problems existing at present. It also analyses the main functions and successful experiences of foreign trades and enterprises in the development of vocational education.3. It recommends some main strategies of solving the problem of vocational education carried out by trades and state-owned enterprises.The study of the paper is only the macro-levels and qualitative analysis , it needs further study.
