The moral education link between ordinary universities and middle schools is a theoretical problem in internal education as well as an imminent matter to be solved in practice. This thesis analyzes the theoretical cornerstones and values in the link of moral education. Based on the overall review of the moral education link and on the analysis of the ongoing problem and causes in this field, the thesis points out that the level and focal points of the course are not distinct, that the syllabus design and the arrangement of the course are not reasonable, that the system for the entrance for higher education is too rigid and that the moral ideas are misleading and inconsistent with the law of its development, that the management systems and institutions are not corresponding, that the teaching methodology is dull and out of date. These factors constitute the principal problems in the moral education link. The thesis concludes with the proposal that the course in moral education, the working members, the management systems, the regulations, the theoretical research the teaching methodology and the evaluation systems should be strengthened on a scientific, systematic, creative, subjective and open basis, These constructive measures and suggestions will take an important role in the moral education link.
