In this era, the higher education of China is coming through a transformation that is from traditional elite education to popular higher education. Many countries now launch on training high quality and innovate students of higher education. It is a popular theme that training high quality and innovate students of higher education. It is also a necessity that the higher education of China keeps the pace with the times and advances quality education. At the same, the all walks' requirements of talents of higher education in our society have an ultimate change. People expect added high quality and innovate students of universities in higher education well up. So what is the higher education administers in search of is the constitution of the training quality evaluation of the high quality and innovate students of higher education. It is also this thesis will introduce to you.The paper has five chapters, the main contents are the following which divided into four parts.Part 1 (chapter 1 and chapter 2): this part mainly reviews the background of researching the training quality evaluation system of high quality and innovate students in higher school of China. In order to analyze why to evaluate the high quality and innovate students of universities, chapter 1 analyzes four aspects of the background of the research of the evaluation, including the foreign countries, the China itself, the society of China and the universities of China. Secondly, chapter 2 mainly analyzes the significance and necessity of carrying through the research of the training quality evaluation of the high quality and innovate students of universities. At last, this part recommends the actual status and the developmental trend of the training quality evaluation system of the high quality and innovate students of universities in China.Part 2(chapter 3): in this part, it analyzes the theory foundation of the training quality evaluation of the high quality and innovate students of universities of higher education. It mainly probes into the definition of the talents, the quality, the high quality and innovate students. At last, it makes clear the connotation of the evaluation system of the high quality and innovate students of universities.Part 3 (chapter 4): starting with the evaluation system, it analyzes the research connotation and the skeleton of the evaluation system of the high quality and innovatestudents of universities. It consists the connotation of the evaluation system, the basic clew of the evaluation system, the basic principle and basic ideal of the evaluation system.Part 4(chapter 5): it mainly narrates the composing and the applications of the evaluation system of the high quality and innovate students of universities. In the composing of the evaluation system, it analyzes the main viscera and the basic frame of the evaluation system play-by-play. At last, it selects four representative colleges in WuHan University of Technology as experimental units to test the feasibility and the restriction of the evaluation system.
