Research On Training Problem Of "Green Certificate" Education Of Yunnan Province

This paper aims at the problems carrying the "Green Certificate" into execution in YunNan Province, is an important part of improving education of farmer making .By referring the research fruit of the farmer education in and out of the country, contacting tightly with the fact of Yunnan province (frontier, nationality and needy areas) of "Green Certificate" education in Yunnan Provice,Using typical case analysis, antitheses analysis, questionnaire and investigation, we evaluated the problem of the "Green Certificate" education in understanding,training spending, training content, method and the supervision and analyzed the outcome and influence of the problems above brought about. In order to explore the more efficiency approach and method in resolving the problem in the training of the "Green Certificates" education.Through studying ,the result suggest:(1) Through "Green Certificate" into execution in Yunnan province for ten years, a number of new fanners ,which is higher consciousness, understanding technology, perfect prosecution and management, were trained.(2) Actualization of "Green Certificate" education is a key central problem ,which influence directly on execution of this work, to training of "Green Certificate" education.(3) In order to do well-quality training of "Green Certificate" education, put a resolving methods to the training problem, enhance organizing capacity of "Green Certificate" education, improve system of training, enlarge propagandize to education, train ideas and concept of studying and using science for a large number of farmers, integrate resource and raise money, base upon practice to give prominence ,popularize training and demonstrate effect, furthermore develop construction of model village of "Green Certificate" education.
