Evaluation and examination in education is of strong policy, science and technology. To strengthen the management and specialization of evaluation and examination is not only necessary for further the evaluation and examination system reform in elementary and high school, but also required by our education service department to carry out 'separation of government affair ' and promote modernization of education management.The evaluation work on the quality of graduate examination papers from junior high school and entrance examination papers to senior high school in the country (G-EEP) was initiated in 1999, centered on examination management and assessment on paper-setting specialization. This evaluation work, on one hand made the examination management more standard as well as scientific, on the other hand effectively promoted the quality of examination papers, in particular restrained the test questions from 'complicated, uncommon and obsolete'.In November, 2003, our group were consigned by the elementary education department and the 'reform in graduate from junior high school and recruit system of senior high school' group of ministry of education to write 'instructional advice on setting physics graduate examination papers from junior high school'.During this research, I worked over great deal of information about graduate examination from junior high school and entrance examination to senior high school in recent five years, especially the fine-new G-EEP quantitative evaluation method created by our ECNU G-EEP evaluation group in 2001. Based on the former evaluation scheme, I reclassify the first-degree index in the former evaluation index system according to 'instructional advice on setting physics graduate examination papers from junior high school '. Then 1 employed multi-index analysis theory in multi-analysis statistic theory to recompile the evaluation indexes and managed them using SPSS11.5. a widely-used analysis software in other education research field. At last, I built a new G-EEP evaluation index system based on process of building education evaluation tabulation.Thus, the new evaluation index system standardized by evaluation tabulation was more systematic and scientific than the former one. And using illegibility synthesis analysis method to grade assess the G-EEP, the work would be directed to be more scientific andstandard.
