The Study On Farmers' Education And Well-off Society In An All-round Way

It is the most important strategy to build a well-off society in an all-round way within the first 20 years in this century. During the building process, the focus is about the building of rural well-off society in an all-round way, because, without farmers'well-off society,nation's well-off society in an all-round way will not be realized at all. Building rural well-off society in an all-round way is the basis and the key to the success of our nation's. Building well-off society in an all-round way depending on whether we can building rural well-off society in an all-round way or not. The latter is the root of the former. There are many reasons for explaining farmer's primitive planting mode, the low income, and the general level of well-off society. But among the reasons, the lowness of farmer's education is the most important. Farmers'education is not only the basic of realizing rural scientific developments and agricultural modernization, the basic of developing rural spiritual construction and fostering new farmers, but also the basic of developing rural democracy and making our farmers as the hosts to govern our country. Therefore, we must enhance farmer's education to enrich their scientific and cultural knowledge. We have made a lot of achievements in farmers'education in our country for some decade's development, but there is still being a great gap. To innovate farmers'education, we should adhere to human-orientation to strengthen the spirit of keeping paces with times. According to theoretical and practical innovation, the new farmers'education system that is fit for the farmers'demand and for rural practice will be founded. It is our major task to build this education system. Based on the relation between farmers'education and the building of well-off society in an all-round way, this paper is divided into three parts to illustrate the significance, the function and the measurements: the first, building the rural society in an all-round way is the key among the building a well-off society in an all-round way, the second; the second, to develop farmers'education is the basic of building the rural well-off society in an all-round way; and the third, education innovation is the heart and soul in developing farmers'education.
