In the current society, market economy system getting better and better, the pace ofgearing into globalization of economy getting quicker and quicker, pluralistic social trend ofthought becomes clearer and clearer, blending of Chinese and Western culture getting quick,conflict between traditional and modern concepts ever increases and competition becomesmen's basic ability of living, so construction of harmonious society has been put on theagenda by the government. Facing such a complicated society, the students of present age, asthe bearers of future society, behavior not well enough to adapt to the current society in manyways such as ideological field, cognition field and the ability to do their own jobs. Parents,schools, society and state have paid much attention to the growth of middle school students,and personalities of various circles and special institutions all make efforts to improve theirall-round ability, i.e. our objectives being to improving their ability adapted to society.Through improving their ability adapting to society, it will meet the high requirement oftalents for the future and realize the goal of rapid development for the future society.Ideological and political education for middle school students is the important course ofcultivating talents to teach them how to be a person of integrity, how to get along with people,how to establish good world outlook, outlook on life, values. To start with the ideological andpolitical education of students and their ability adapted to the society, this article analyzes andstudies realization of our goal of cultivating and improving their ability adapted to the societythrough ideological and political education. It also carefully analyzes the problems of themiddle school students of present age such as ideological consciousness, social psychologyand behavior and summarizes breakthrough points of how to cope with their ability adapted tosociety and put forward suggestions of how to better improve their ability to society throughthe new approach of ideological and political education.
