The building industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, facing the fierce competition of international economy and science and technology nowadays, the our country building industry business enterprise is aware of the shortage of the tall character talented person more and more, at the same time, also face the existing officers and workers and can't adapt a requirement for the modern business enterprise to produce the request as soon as possible. Personnel's idea is outmoded, knowledge wears out, and quality is on the low side, technology lag behind, cause the human resource to devalue relatively. Enterprise's human resource is unreasonable in install, train the function to weaken, train network construct slowly, and restrict the building enterprise, and even the reform and development of the whole building trade seriously.Growing to study a business enterprise is one of the method that makes the business enterprise come out the predicament, but the professional technical personnel continues to educate is the main factor to set up a studying-model for a business enterprise. I propose CBE continuing education pattern, studying organization continuing education pattern and main with corinotative, give consideration to continuing educational pattern of benefit. The building enterprise of our province can choose the model of continuing education according to one's own type and demand, this help enterprise educate invent distinction and high-tech talent, strengthen the key competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
