Human being has entered the information age. It is a time for the new coming of Educational Technology. The system of education has changed deeply. The thesis faces the problems appeared in the education innovation, which is mainly about the transformation of educational concepts of teachers. The purpose is to use the research results of the psychology and pedagogy, and they in some part reflect the essence of educational concept. According to the psychological process of transforming the teachers'educational concepts, the thesis designs the system of strategies to promote teachers to change their educational concepts. Taking up the research results of educational concept, the thesis conforms teachers' educational concept as a kind of personal implicit knowledge, which is personal, tacit and practical. By viewing from learning, the process of teachers transforming educational concept equate that of converting social educational concept to personal implicit educational concept. According to the theories of knowledge transform, the thesis describes the psychological process of teachers transforming educational concepts as "wake up, externalization, destruct, reconstruct, develop". It is Reflection that promotes the process. By some survey, which proves the reflection can play a positive role in teachers'transforming educational concepts, the paper summarizes the successful experiences and cases that some excellent teachers get when their educational concepts are changed. In terms of the teachers'educational concepts transforming in the psychological process, the thesis tries to find a reflection method and various strategies by which the educational concepts of teachers are being motivated and promoted. Determining the requirement degree of the situation and the subject that are needed by the reflection activities, the research classifies and describes the forms of concrete strategies in the reflection so that to offer them to the teachers under their personal requirement and accord to the reality condition.
