The Influence Of Modern Media On The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students And Its Counter-measures

With the development of the modern media in recent years, they have a great influence upon people' s life in every aspect. The modern media have both positive and negative influence upon the ideological and political education of the students in institutions of higher education. It is a question not to be ignored for the ideological and political education workers how to grasp the ideological trend of the students, treat them with more flexible way, not with simple way. The development of the media is not only a difficult problem not to be evadable , but also a great challenge and choice. This thesis introduces the survey of the modern media, and analyzes their influence upon the ideological and political education of the students in institutions of higher education, the reason for negative influence. The thesis hope to inquire into the combination between the modern media and the ideological and political education of the students in institutions of higher education by analyzing the reason, discussing the ways, and initiate the new situation of the ideological and political education of the students in institutions of higher education. This thesis contains four parts.Part I : This part analyzes the character of the modern media to start with their concept and development, especially expounds their influence upon people' s ideology in every aspect.
