Aerobics have been launched for more than 20 years in our country, is listed in university, middle and primary schools' sports teaching planning and social sports instructor's training materials, become tempering the content mainly of the school, enterprises and institutions and social activities site nationwide fitness programs. The aerobics can play a positive role to promot and improve talent's quality. The aerobics teaching, aerobics club and aerobics sports team train have become important components of university's sports . This text uses law of documents and materials, the investigation method of the questionnaire, interview law to the main position of modernized high-quality personnel training -The aerobics of the university of Jiangsu Province launches the current situation and carries on the investigation, the purpose is through researching and analysing to aerobics teaching , the club and sports team current situation of university of Jiangsu Province, it influences its factor developed continuously to find out, propose the corresponding countermeasure. This subject research can offer reference for sustainable development of our province and even the whole country university aerobics.Result of study: (1) Being university aerobics teaching popularity very much high, Jiangsu Province participate in the subject as the collegegirl; Teachers are mostly the young women, the primitive project, for only taking very small part of aerobics, the academic level is not high, the knowledge structure is weak, but the teaching idea is overall and correct; Aerobics course structure, the content of courses and way of examining of most universities are not overall; Aerobics teachers' low level and having no sound training systemming are the main reasons that influence aerobics teaching development.(2) The launching rate of the aerobics club of university of Jiangsu Province is low;Club administrative staff whether aerobics professional Mr. only account for minority, most administrative staff is only responsible for stamping the card or stamping and working, have not played the teaching guidance function; Aerobics club activity participants are all girl students; The club relies mainly on getting requested examination ways for the credit of class hour; Boy students interest lack and facility insufficient to influence university aerobics main reason that club launches venue.(3) University and college in Jiangsu Province that participating in aerobics match is little, more than 90% adopt before the match concentrating the training mode on to form a team; Woman coach many and primitive project for to take minority only aerobics, coach special quality high to influence sports team train main reason that competence raise; The athlete has bad foundation, the proportions of men and women are about 1-3; The incentive system of the contest is imperfect; Match little, leader pay no attention to and select suitable materials difficult are the main reasons that restrain university aerobics sports team set up and participating in the contest.Development countermeasure: Perfect university's aerobics course system further; Train and excite the study enthusiasm of university students especially boy student. Improving the way of managing and instructing of the club, are rich in the content; Fully arouse the enthusiasm that university students participated in the club; Perfect venue facilities constantly. The aerobics sports team of the university should pay attention to selecting suitable materials; Improve training mode and content; Pay attention to the choosing, using and improving of the coach; Perfect universitys' aerobics contest system.
