A Study On Constructing The Campus Culture In Middle School To Cultivate The Innovative Talents

The current society is an innovative society, calling for innovative talents. People gradually come to know every single teaching methods only solve partial educational problems or finish partial educational assignments along with deeping in the educational theory study and the educational reform practice. In order to better, develop and improve all sides of qualities of students, to cultivate more innovative talents, we must exercise educational methods that each has its own strong points. Besides we should make those methods be a cooperative, supplemental system. During the educational methods the campus culture developments play "moulding" "formation" "finalization" role in students' ideal, personality, inclination, mentality and so on. Cultivating long - range ideals, lofty inclinations, perfect personality, sound mentality students in school, which mostly depends on campus culture development. This paper refers to many aspects about constructing campus above cultivating the innovative talents.The study consists of three parts. The first part explains the definition of the campus culture and its educational functions. Also part one makes an overall and deep discussion on such topics as the characteristic, the role If the innovative talents and the surroundings about the innovative talents development. Part Two studies the campus culture functions on cultivating the innovative talents. Part Three firstly points out some prominent problems about cultivating the ability of the innovative talents. Then it draws the conclusion that some countermeasures of developing campus culture of the middle school, and that is vital for cultivating the innovative talents in campus culture of the middle school.
