A Study On Current Situation Of Swimming In Fujian Province And Its Developing Strategy

Resorting to literature collection, questionnaire survey, statistics, logical analyses and comparative methods, the author of this thesis regards as the research objects the supervisor leadership and coaches at all levels in Fujian swimming schools or training teams, points out the problems existing in Fujian athletic swiming and systemically explores the corresponding reasons and countermcasurcs from the perspective of the athletic ability training. The result shows that: Compared with the other provinces in China, the athletic swimming in Fujian is currently mediocre and tends to lag behind; The number of third-level swimming players is too limited, and its organization is unreasonable; The majority of swimming coaches at all levels are the middle-aged or the young with secondary technical post, who have the down-to-earth working style, but lack practical coaching experience; The budget of most amateur sporting schools is inadequate, and the means of obtaining the budget is simplex. At the same time, the facilities are not enough; the mechanism of the reward is not perfect; The management system is rigid, the mechanism of competition management is not perfect enough and the social security system is not sound; The academic level of swimming players is not satisfying due to the neglect of the culture education during the process of training; The academic proficiency of the coaches at the all levels is not high, the scientific content of the material chosen is low, the scientific training methods and means are unitary and behind the times; The time and quality of the players' training cannot be guaranteed; The chances of attending the nationwide game is slim, so is that of attending the provincial game, the level of which is low; At the same time, the training system is not perfect enough; The mass swimming is not gratifying, either. The author of this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: we should make full use of the whole social resources, raise the funds by many means, speed up the construction of training facilities, hold more games,, strengthen the circular channels of the talented players; We should attract excellent coaches beyond Fujian province, and promote the comprehensive quality and business level of the coaches by making use of the competition mechanism; We should enhance the training reform, and adopt the means of the "physical education in combination with sport"; We should strengthen propaganda so as to promote the prevalence and expansion of athletic swimming; The swimming management center should change its function gradually in order to improve the management efficiency, and promote the fast development of athletic swimming. The author of this thesis aims to provide some scientific theoretical reference for the corresponding departments in Fujian in the hope that the study can benefit the development of the athletic swimming in Fujian and that it can serve to provide apocalypse for the development of athletic swimming in other areas beyond Fujian.
