This article discusses the intention and connotation of Internet culture and expatiates on its main characteristics from five aspects. Internet culture is based on modern science and technologies, baring a distinct unreal, on-limits and interactive identity. The pervasive and persuasive spread of internet information, giving rise to the information overflow which forms the cultural invasion, weakens the national awareness of the adolescents. The negative internet information brings about an increasing number of criminalities and the loss of traditional morality. And also, it leads to the psychological ailment and physical fatigue, and thus accelerates the differentiation of the adolescents. The author puts forward several solutions to address the issue. Firstly, concept has to be upgraded to "channel off" the adolescents rather than to "plug up". Furthermore, traditional working methods have to be updated to strengthen the cultivation and construction of internet morality. Moreover, a more strict regulation has to be established to form a triune morality education mechanism, combining the family, the school and the web sites.
