The Study On The Construction Of The Professional Morality Of CBA Basketball Athlete During The Social Transformational Period

The level of the occupational moral culture, which is also the most crucial element of the moral culture, shows the level of the whole profession development. Take a wide view of the current CBA development which have already went cross ten years, the basketball league match has turned from speciality into professionization. However, the current condition of the athletes' occupational moral culture is not well-built during the process of professionization .For example, violating the athletic moral rules on the athletic fields and having iniquities outer the athletic field .And for the present we are lack of effective refrain as to the basketball athletes' bad behaviors. How to raise the occupational moral level and speed the progress of our country basketball professionization combining with the occupational moral situation according to the social circumstance at present, are problems that are probed in this thesis.Based on what have done before by other scholars, occupational moral construction of the basketball athletes is studied with literature data method, expert interview method, logic analysis method, mathematical statistic method and on-line search method etc. Six parts are concluded in this thesis as following:The first part is about the opportunities and meaning of current CBA occupational moral construction. The opportunity that our CBA occupational moral construction faces and the meaning of strengthening the occupation morals construction at present are pointed out.The second part is about the current condition of CBA basketball athletes' occupational morality. The present condition of CBA basketball athletes' occupational morality is analyzed and the advancement of the occupational morality in several aspects are pointed out .At the same time,it pointed out the co-existent problems. The reasons of the present condition of the CBA basketball athletes' occupational morality from the following aspects: the culture, the market economy, the occupational league match ,the character of the basketball and the diathesis of athletes. The third part is about the principles and the counter-measures of the present condition of CBA basketball athletes'occupational moral construction, third principles and forth countermeasures are put forwarded according to present condition of occupational morality.The forth parties the conclusion. The construction of the basketball occupational morality has great importance to basketball professionization. The thesis also supports that the construction of the occupational morality is a complicated system project.
