Teaching tactics is the key point in application of teaching theories to teaching practice, and the crucial importance to the realization of the goals of innovation education as well. It stands between theories and practice. It is not only the teaching theory on the basic level but also teaching practice on a high level. Whether to be able to discover and apply teaching tactics to teaching creatively is a very essential symbol to evaluate the efficiency of teaching and the teaching art.Three parts are contained in this study:In part one, the author states the definition, features and the significance of teaching tactics, analyzes the difference and connection among the teaching tactics and teaching design, teaching idea, teaching model and teaching method, meanwhile the features of teaching tactics including the direction, maneuverability, adjustability, flexibility and hierarchy etc.In part two, with the theory of modern teaching, connecting with the teaching practice and abundant teaching cases, the author puts forward seven tactics to improve classroom teaching and discuss the operation methods intuitively. The seven tactics include: the tactic in establishing the objective, which is the research about the prior integration and classification objective in making the teaching activity;the tactic in optimizing the structure, which is the expatiation about the horizontal combination method among the teacher, student and teaching materials and the vertical activity procedure in learning the teaching material guided by the teacher;the tactic in selecting teaching material, which is the discussion about the selection, design, making and combination of practical & appropriate teaching materials;the tactics in creating situations, which is the research about the creation of "Easy Reaction" teaching situations that could provide the student with more learning interests, so as to improve the students' active participation in teaching activity;the tactics in collecting information, which is the research in help the student find the possible way of solving problem by making full use of information;the tactic of instruction and exploration, which is the research about how to make a guidance to the student in improving their study and exploration, so as to helpthe student make an active study;the tactics of feedback and adjustment etc.In part three, the author states the selection evidence of the teaching tactics, and the principle of principal part, flexibility, connectivity, hierarchy and maneuverability in the application of teaching tactics.
