A Study On The Composition Value Of Set Movement In The Group Exercises Of Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics

The scores of rhythmic gymnastics are integrated results of multi-factor effects. It is the foundation of the victory to arrange a complete set of movements, and it has become a symbol to assess the rhythmic gymnastics level of a team and a country.Adopting the video recording analytic method, data statistics and comparison methodology, this paper conducts an exploration and analysis to the present value level of the complete set movements' arrangement in rhythmic gymnastics group exercises in China. The main aim of this paper is to classify and analyze statistically the body movement difficulties and artistry of the top eight teams in the national and international rhythmic gymnastics matches, and the disparity and insufficiency is to be put forward through the research.The research result indicates that the complete movement arrangement of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics group exercises does not have prominent disparity in the choice of exchange difficulty movement scores with other countries in the world, but lacks the application of high-difficulty sets of movements. The individual difficulty value is somewhat low, so the teams in China are more likely to use jumps of leaps. In the aspect of artistic value, the overall quantity of collaboration among the gymnasts is comparatively low, and the application of score-adding with high-difficulty movements is few;in the use of apparatus, the choice is monotonous without any diversification;the mastery of club is obviously superior to the other 2 kinds of instruments, but it lacks an arrangement of the mastery in clubs. However, there is still a large disparity between Chinese teams and the world leading teams in the aspect of overall quantity of instrument mastery. Moreover, the originality adds is a prominent disadvantage of Chinese teams.These disparities have become the main restriction factors which affect the enhancement of our country's rhythmic gymnastics technical level. Therefore, attention should be paid to the comprehensive development of the capacity quality in the forthcoming training and the repetition of instrument movement type should be avoided;the integrity and multiple principle should be considered, and the difficulties should be composed with our own characteristics, then the arrangement of the dificulty types can be diversed;much attention should be paid to the movement arrangement between the difficulties, and the instrument technical training should be strengthened, sothe success ratio in the use of apparatus and mastery can be higher and the special artistic characteristics adds can be guaranteed;the execution value of complete set movements should be improved so the composition value of the rhythmic gymnastics collective project in China can be practically enhanced.
