Chemistry curriculum is something that arranges the order, the class hour and the time limit of the chemistry teaching in according to the contents from the chemistry science, which embarks from the school course system. Chemistry curriculum view is the chemistry curriculum basic view, whose core ideas contain these three categories: Chemistry curriculum values, the knowledge view and methodology. Chemistry curriculum values are getting up the leading role, controlling the curriculum design, the curriculum implementation, and affecting students' development.Since the reform and open policy, the Ministry of Education has revised the middle school chemistry teaching syllabus (curriculum standard) several times. Under the education development background, we can see chemistry curriculum values transformation from the change of the chemistry teaching syllabus (curriculum standard): during restoration and adjustment period (1,978 - 1,990), chemistry curriculum goal is mainly "to cause the student to grasp the chemical fundamentals knowledge and the basic skill reliably, systematically ";In the reform and experimental period (1,990 - 2,001),the primary mission is "not only to cause students to grasp the chemical fundamental knowledge and the basic skill reliably and systematically, but also to raise and develop the students' observation ability, thinking ability, the experimental ability gradually, and the ability to study independently etc.";during the new curriculum period (2,001 -) , to enhance the 21st century citizens' scientific literacy, and make students adapt the modern life and meet the future need to develop. Chemistry curriculum will focus on constructing high school chemistry curriculum target system which consists of "the knowledge and the skill", "the process and the method", "the emotion manner and the values" . The formation of contemporary chemistry curriculum views is not baseless, but has its historical inevitability of evolution and development, and is the inevitable product of the times' development and the society requirements.During the procession of practice, the new chemistry curriculum faces two big difficult problems, that is, transforming the teachers' ideas fundamentally and establishing the new, effective curriculum appraisal system .The new curriculum is an open system, which will be supplemented, revised and consummated unceasingly in practice.
