The new round of curriculum reform was fully implemented around the wholecountry last autumn. In accordance with it , the new pupils evaluation system hasbeen established to promote the comprehensive development of students. As abinary mode, rural and urban development have different space, the studentsevaluation reform of rural primary school has exerted a more positive influence onthe overall development of the pupils. In the rural primary schools , the traditionalstudent evaluation model places a serious obstacle to the full development ofstudents. This paper mainly pays attention to how to improve appraisement level ofrural pupils and how to guarantee its reformation.First , this paper appraises and summarizes the problems existing in thepresent student evaluation situations in the countryside elementary school : Makinginsufficient non-studies appraisal;The classroom teaching and learning evaluation'sneglecting the students' status as the main body;insufficiently demonstratingindividuality . Second , it carries out the analysis of the reasons for these problemsfrom three aspects: Traditional intelligence view;Backwardness education idea;Existing countryside elementary school management system;Third ,proposing threemeasures to appraise the quality of pupils evaluation: Constructing two--stageappraisals system;Positively carrying out displaying appraisal model;Deepeningelementary knowledge inspection reform. Finally , the paper explores reforms ofevaluation from the following aspects in detail : clearly realizing two aspects of thecharacteristics of rural pupils;Enhancing basic evaluation skills of the countrysideelementary school teachers;Carrying on the countryside elementary schoolmanaging system reform.
