The model of sports teaching is a bridge between theory and practice of teaching. Not only it can make the mature theory into utilizing in the teaching practice examination, also sublimate the teaching practice into the rich theory. In modern society, with the context of the reform, in the tide of quality education reform and on the occasion of the introduction of comprehensive health curriculum standards, it is an imminent that explores new sports teaching and curriculum standards. In this article I use many methods such as document study, expert visiting, summarized-interpret reasoning law, case analyzing and other research methods. In the final, I give an example that the applications have been used in specific sports case of exploring-studying sports teaching model. In the example , body and soul to students is promoted. At the same time, it cultivate the students'developing thinking and a sense of lifelong sports target. The aim is to come into being the main learning process-oriented nature, create a student-teacher interaction of technical materials, self-scenes and demonstrate the classroom atmosphere. In these methods, student's self-expression in teaching and the innovation ability will be enhanced.
